About the service
TourConvert provides an AI booking assistant that tour and activity operators can install on their own website to answer approved questions, help visitors choose an experience, check availability where supported, and hand qualified enquiries to the operator's team. This website describes the service and lets you request a demo.
Using this website
Use this website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it. Information here, including pricing, is provided in good faith and may change; the founding offer described on the Pricing page may differ for future customers.
Subscriptions and payment
The founding offer is a one-time setup fee of €490 and a subscription of €149 per month, exclusive of any applicable taxes. Custom pricing applies only to unusual integrations or high volume. Specific billing terms are set out in your order form or service agreement.
Operator responsibilities
- You are responsible for the tour information you approve for the assistant and for confirming and fulfilling bookings.
- You are responsible for notifying your website visitors that a chat assistant is in use and for your own privacy obligations.
- You must only install the assistant on websites and origins you are authorised to manage.
What the assistant does not do
The assistant does not take payments and does not create, change, or cancel bookings on its own. A person on your team confirms bookings. Availability answers depend on your configuration and may not always be exhaustive.
Service availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee specific results, response times, or booking volumes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TourConvert is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited as set out in your service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction will be stated in your service agreement and confirmed before launch.
