Who we are

TourConvert (“we”, “us”) provides an AI booking assistant for tour and activity operators, and this marketing website. Contact us at tourconvert@gmail.com. (Registered company name and address to be confirmed before launch.)

This website

When you use this marketing website and its demo-request form, we process the details you submit — such as your name, company, website, indicated monthly enquiry volume, booking system, and email — so we can respond to your request. If the form is configured to email us directly, the submission is delivered to our team inbox; if it is configured to post to an intake endpoint, it is stored there for the same purpose. We do not sell your information.

The assistant service (for operators and their visitors)

When an operator installs the assistant on their website, TourConvert processes visitor chat messages, the assistant's replies, basic page context, and any enquiry details a visitor chooses to share, in order to answer questions and hand qualified enquiries to the operator. For this data the operator is the data controller and TourConvert acts as a processor on their behalf. Data-processing terms are agreed as part of the operator rollout.

Legal bases

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running the service) and, where required, consent. Operators are responsible for the lawful basis and notices for data collected from their own website visitors.

Retention

We keep demo-request details for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records. Conversation and enquiry data for the assistant service is retained for the period configured for the operator's account; specific periods are confirmed in the operator agreement. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

Sharing

We use service providers (for example hosting and the AI model provider that powers the assistant) strictly to operate the service. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. To make a request, email tourconvert@gmail.com. If your data was collected through an operator's website, we will direct your request to that operator as the controller.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
